You can expect to receive in-stock items within 15 business days after the day of purchase. It takes one to five days for your item to ship out. Once it ships, you’ll receive a tracking number – sent to your email. Then, it takes 1-10 business days in transit for your item to arrive.
Q. WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT THE ITEM I PURCHASED OR I PURCHASED AN ITEM BY MISTAKE?
If you have already paid for the item but it hasn’t shipped yet, you can expect a full refund. If your item has already shipped, just refuse the package and it will be sent back to us. There will be a 25% re-stocking fee and you, the customer, are responsible for original and return shipping costs. If you have already received your item, you have 14 days to contact us and request a refund (from the date you received it). There will still be a 25% re-stocking fee and you are responsible for the original and return shipping costs. If you would like to exchange your item, we will waive the 25% re-stocking fee, but you are responsible for the return shipping and the cost to ship the new item to you.
Q. WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
Just contact us at email@example.com. Be sure to attach pictures of the damaged item and the outer packaging along with a description of the packaging and the damage or defect. We will immediately schedule for a replacement to ship out to you at no extra cost. You have 3 days to inspect your item once it arrives and inform us of any damages or defects. We highly recommend inspecting it within the first 24 hours. We will give you instructions on what to do with the damaged item.
Q. HOW SHOULD I RECEIVE MY FREIGHT DELIVERY?
Make sure to carefully inspect the package before signing for it. If you see any damage on the outer box, please make large notes on the delivery receipt indicating if there is any damage or missing items from your package. Some damage may not be visible from the outside so please open the box to inspect that your item has not been damaged. Never sign for an item that is damaged. Instead, refuse delivery and have it shipped back to the shipper. If the driver does not allow you to open the box for inspection before signing, please be sure to write this on the delivery receipt: “Damaged until further inspection.” Your signature is a binding contract. By signing without proper notation, you are agreeing that the shipment was delivered and received in good order and condition.

Definitely! All our sinks have a standard 3 1/2” drain. Any standard garbage disposal will work.
